
Bunny Kid Diet
This is a diet I've also made myself, it's based off of what bunnies eat!
This is not a healthy diet. This was made by a disordered individual, please do not try this if you're healthy.WARNING DO NOT USE THIS ON REAL BUNNIES, THIS IS MEANT FOR HUMANS. NOT BUNNIES.
CALORIES
Bunnies are very small, fluffy creatures. They do not eat much to eat, as their body can't handle all of that food.It is ideal for the bunny to stay under 300 calories each day.
FOOD SCHEDULE
Until lunch, only drink water, you sleep until lunch if you want to.
LUNCH: 3 P.M.
DINNER : 5 P.M.Eating after 5 P.M. will cause likely weight gain, it is recommended you do not eat after 5 P.M.
EXERCISE
Bunnies, despite sleeping most of the time during the day, they have to exercise up to 4 hours a day.
SLEEP
Bunnies sleep alot, take naps throughout the day (optional)If you want to, you can sleep until it's lunch time!But it is beneficial that you include up to 4 hours of exercise a day. It can be any exercise, from running, to taking a walk, cardio, etc!
ALLOWED FOODS
Bunnies' diets consist off of eating...- Carrot tops
- Bananas
- Grapes
- Watercress
- Collard greens
- Leaf vegetables
- Pear
- Zucchini
- Cucumber
- Bok Choy
- Kale
- Basil
- Arugula
- Spinach
- Parsley
- Bell Peppers
- Endive- EAT POTATOES IN MODERATION.DO NOT EAT : cherries, chocolate, anything that was NOT listed in the allowed foods.
ALLOWED DRINKS
- Water is vital, drink at least 2L of water per day.
- Beetroot juice
- Blend together pineapple, kale, green grapes, and a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing and belly-fat-burning juice.DO NOT DRINK : apple, citrus, peach and grape juices.
